Hayden has been amazing in helping us find our first home. He has seen us at MANY inspections over the years and has always taken genuine interest and care when helping us find our property. During the settlement period, he had great communication and made us feel valued. Cannot recommend enough.

Hayden went above and beyond for both myself and my partner when we were searching for our first home. We searched for approximately 5 months and during that time saw Hayden and Bevin frequently in the areas we were wishing to purchase in. Hayden invited us to many off-market properties, auctions and viewings of houses that he believed would be suitable for what we were after and within our budget until we finally purchased our dream home. Hayden was able to offer much insight into things we weren't aware of as first home buyers and encouraged us to get a second opinion with his broker Dee as he believed our original broker was not providing us with correct information. We chose to go with Dee as our broker as she was much more experienced and handled everything with ease and we were very thankful for the suggestion from Hayden. When our offer was accepted on our new property we had purchased through Hayden, he was there all steps of the way when all our original plans fell through, he was able to find us a building and pest company to conduct our report within our timeframe as our original building and pest company cancelled, he was able to find us a solicitor on short notice as again, our original solicitor fell through and was always readily available for any questions we had or reassurances we needed throughout the process. Its been an absolute pleasure having Hayden & Bevin as our Real Estate agents to walk us through the process of purchasing our first home and we could not recommend Hayden enough to anyone looking to purchase a property in the near future as he was absolutely amazing to deal with!
