I met with a few agents to see my property, but every single one said similar things except Hayden. Every agent said they could sell this house. Hayden was the one who said this is the price point you could get, then went around the house pointing out areas to fix up/repair/maintain to get the higher side of that price point. This was really valuable. The capped commission was a draw point and a lot of people I knew said “but they don’t work as hard”. Hayden is a part owner of the agency - it’s his business. Of course he wants to ensure his business is successful! Like any business these days, reviews and recommendations are critical. This is why I am writing this and will recommend him to mates. I had a lot of hiccups throughout my experience. Hayden acknowledged them, drew the positive and worked hard to ensure a result.
