From first contact with Hayden, his clear communication of the sales process with Dethridge Groves instilled confidence. His market research and subsequent sales proposal regarding suitable pricing and sales strategy was comprehensive. Sale price achieved was towards the upper end of expected with a short time on market, and liaison with the purchaser was timely and well managed. Some minor issues were noted through the inspection process, and Hayden assisted in having these rectified to the satisfaction of both parties in a timely and professional manner.
