Hayden has a fairly good understanding of the housing market during these uncertain and changing times of the Covid 19 pandemic. He is careful not to over-price the house, and tends to let the buyer set what they think the house is worth. My only objection to that principle is that buyers will always suggest the LOWEST price that they think they could get the house for. The buyer will always want a bargain!! I'm not sure that the many features and upgrades done to our house in recent times were highlighted as much as they could have been. Carport/caravan shelter, widening driveway, sealing of driveways, paths, garden edges, brand new roller door for double garage, extension to BBQ Area/Alfresco, water tanks, solar panels etc etc. (However, I may be wrong, since I wasn't privy to conversations with potential buyers). Hayden, was always professional in all dealings with us, and also with the public. He always communicated well and always stuck to his times. He was always very friendly and personable and fitted in well with our plans. However, we are happy that it sold fairly quickly, but feel that we could/should have got a higher price, but recognise that Harden can't MAKE people offer more money, for fear of losing the sale.

We meet with several agents prior to selling our house but Hayden from Ray white Bracken Ridge was definitely the right choice.
