I recently purchased an apartment in the Shire with Haydon being the vendors agent. I've bought and sold a few properties in the past and have had mixed experiences with agents......Haydon however was very straightforward and clear about the process from day 1 and everything from inspection to exchange of contracts was wrapped up within a couple of weeks with minimal fuss. Additionally, Haydon helped out with a couple of things post settlement which he didn't need to do, which is the thing that stands him out as a very good agent in my eyes. Hopefully can deal with him again with future properties!
