Positive Selling Experince

I had a very positive experience with Haydon from Ray White Oatley acting as my selling agent for my Mortdale unit. My initial dealings with Haydon gave me great confidence for the unit to be sold in a tough market. It took just over 3 weeks to sell and at a price I was happy with. Haydon always keep me up to date throughout the process of marketing and selling of my unit. His communication throughout was excellent. In particular, his communication skills came to the fore in negotiating with my tenant to gain access for inspections by potential buyers. There was no drama, and it went like clockwork.
