I was the purchaser and Hayley was the agent for the vendor. She was fantastic and completely accommodating. I was able to visit the property several times to measure up and organise tradesmen. Very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hayley as my agent in the future.
Hayley 5 Star! Buyer was FIFO so not as responsive as usual, his conveyancing solicitor should make a career change, Buyers finance was painful...but Hayley was fantastic the whole way through, kept Us in the loop, was always responsive, herded the cats (buyer and their conveyancer) the whole ways through.
As a first home buyer, me and my wife are very happy to get this beautiful family house from Harley. Harley is very kind and helpful. They make a quick response to my inquiry. We are highly recommended Harley to anyone who wants a good quality houses and service.
great kept us up to date an ae knew we could talk to her if we needed
I would like to thank Hayley for the sale of my property at 4 Wardrop Court, Bundaberg. Hayley was truly very committed, extremely professional and confident in all stages of the sale. Hayley achieved a price well above the asking price. But most importantly I was comfortable and had full trust in her honest advise. I have no hesitation in recommending Hayley and I wish her and Kirralea all the very best in their future with Our Property Boutique.
Hayley's real estate knowledge is great. She has great contacts to help with trades people and was very helpful throughout the whole renovation & sale process. I would recommend Hayley to anyone wanting the best real estate service in Bundaberg. Thank you Hayley for all your hard work.
