Realists are hard to find yet I was introduced to Hayley by my property manager when it became time to sell. The valuation process was thorough, fast and accurate. The marketing plan was spot on with recognition of the need for a well directed strategy for the property without throwing marketing dollars at unnecessary options. The quoted marketing dollars and sales commission was very competitive so we settled on a range that was realistic and targeted for attracting offers. Offers came in quickly, within range and only subject to finance. Hayley kept me well informed on inspections, progress and offers. An offer was accepted and, due to the requirement for vacant possession, a long settlement was agreed upon. During this wait Hayley went to the trouble of liaising with my property manager to ensure the property was in top condition and ready for immediate use by the buyer.
