I am very happy to write a review for Hayley, she showed the first person to view our home through and did a wonderful presentation, so much so that this person put in an offer the next day. I found Hayley to be very friendly but also experienced in Real Estate. I would have no hesitation is recommending her to future vendors and purchasers.
When we began looking at properties, over a period of 2- 3 months we inspected about 13 homes listed by 5 different agents. The home we finally settled on was shown to by Hayley who after a few days followed up with us to seek our opinion. Over a couple of weeks we inspected the property on two further occasions and each time Hayley had to work hard to get the co-operation from the then tenants who at times were reluctant to give us full access of the home. Hayley's negotiating skills were tested but each time she came through. When we finally made an offer she then worked hard to obtain the best price for her client but at the same time obtain a price that we were happy to settle with. Through all our dealings we found Hayley to be upfront and easy to work with and formed a relationship that continues today. What impressed us the most was her communication skills and at no time were we left in the dark wondering what was going on. Whenever the time comes for us to move on, Hayley would be the first person we would call to list our property.
Hayley was my kind of person - easy to relate to and chat with. Not pushy or intimidating. She gave me time to think and make up my mind.
