My only regret in dealing with Hayley is that I did not meet her until after I had signed with another agent. Don't get me wrong the other agent did a great job in selling my house, but the friendly, personal, and knowledgeable service that Hayley provided me as a buyer, left me wondering how good she must be as an agent working for the seller. I would have liked her to sell my previous home. There wasn't a question that she did not answer. Even if she did not know the answer at the time I asked a question, she would always find out the answer and message me back. As point of interest, during the process of learning about the house I purchased, I happened to mention to Hayley that I was interested in collecting old vinyl records. Later that evening I got a message from Hayley saying that she had found on FB someone that was selling vintage records near where she lived. As I didn't live near there, she offered to go and buy them for me and bring them to me. Well and truly above and beyond what any other real estate would offer. I would and have recommended Hayley to any one looking to sell their home.
We have used Hayley from Chalk to sell two properties. Even though the first one took along time we were happy with how Hayley kept us up to date with what people were saying negative or positive but also never giving up. In the end we got the best price and we were both happy with the outcome. The second property was sold within 2 weeks. 3 offers 2 on one day and the next day the 3rd offer. It was more than we could wish for and so happy with how quick it settled. Hayley even helped on both properties to update smoke alarms, just made it so easy for us.
