We have used Hayley from Chalk to sell two properties. Even though the first one took along time we were happy with how Hayley kept us up to date with what people were saying negative or positive but also never giving up. In the end we got the best price and we were both happy with the outcome. The second property was sold within 2 weeks. 3 offers 2 on one day and the next day the 3rd offer.
