Hayley was very responsive with communication. If I couldn’t speak with her directly, she’d always return my calls in a timely fashion.

Purchased a house from interstate. Tried ringing a few times and left a few messages. Hayley wouldn’t return any calls with a call. Even after settlement and picking up the keys, it was all done through text messages and emails. We assumed that with early access to store our furniture 2 days before settlement she might meet us at the property and say g’day….. Instead we were sent a text saying she’s too busy and the keys are in the meter box and do not access the rest of the house. Probably a good agent that knows her stuff but Hayley’s people skills were very ordinary to say the least. Would not recommend.

The prices my property appropriately for the market which I believe resulted in the quick sale. Open homes and inspections can be an inconvenience whilst still living at a property however Alicia and Hayley were able to coordinate buyers to keep openings to a minimum for me.
