After meeting several 'local agents' to select an agent to list my principal home in Seacombe Gardens, Hayley stood out and i was confident that she would work hard for me. Things which impressed me in chosing Hayley include; her very thorough understanding of the local market and area, her confidence and examples in providing rationale behind her recommendations and strategy, how organised and prompt she was in arranging everything and importantly, she took the time, without pressure to answer all of my questions. Little attention to details were very evident, i really like the feature boards and her follow up with potential buyers was very thorough. She knew there were some interested parties and held firm in expressing to them what the property is worth and didn't entertain 'unrealistic' offers, which resulted in us hitting the price we were satisfied with, rather than feeling pressured to settle for a poor sale. I believe this took extra effort for Hayley but she had a clear strategy and i believe she really wanted the best result possible, not just a quick sale. I was so confident in Hayley that i listed my investment property with her also which she was honest in suggesting would take a little while due to the nature of the property. Understanding her thinking behind this helped me to have a realistic time frame in mind so i wouldn't be dissapointed. We sold as expected! She looked after our beloved Burmese cat too during inspections and would text me to let me know that he was safe and sound back inside! After meeting with a few agents, i selected Hayley because she did stand out. I felt an instant honesty, she was polite and also explained the rationale for her strategy to sell my properties well. Little touches also were evident, such as the feature boards she displayed through the home, the prompt response to any query i had and her ability to highlight the features of my properties against some other properties on the market.
