Haytham Khalaf

Haythams help was exceptional.. from the moment he showed me the unit and driving me to the real estate office and back to my car was going above and beyond. I am extremely happy with my upcoming new home and more than happy to refer anyone to consulting Marando real estate if they are looking to buy or sell.

Haytham is a very kind and helpful real estate agent, he is very punctual and straight forward which most people look for in a real estate agent. We bought our first house through him and he has made us feel very excited and welcomed instead of feeling stressed and hesitant as most do when making a big decision in life.

I would like to sincerely thank you for your outstanding work in selling my property. Your professionalism, dedication, and excellent communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Achieving a great price in such a short time is a testament to your expertise and commitment. I truly appreciate all your hard work and would not hesitate to recommend your services to others. Thank you once again for an exceptional job!

Haytham really knows his stuff when it comes to the market. He understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me some great advice about the area and the current trends. What really stood out was how easy it was to communicate with him. Whether it was a quick question or a more complicated issue, he was always quick to reply and made sure I understood everything. He never made me feel rushed or pressured—he was patient and gave me the space I needed to make the right decision. It wasn’t just about closing a deal for Haytham; he genuinely cared about me finding the right home. I always felt like I was working with someone who had my best interests in mind, and that meant a lot. Overall, if you’re looking to buy or sell, I can’t recommend Haytham enough.
