Working with Luke Martin to buy a property in Edgewater was the "this is what customer service should be like" experience that everybody hopes to have. Luke's detailed video walk-through of the property was a selling point for me as an interstate buyer who could not get to WA to view. Buying a house is touted as being one of life's most stress inducing events - well - - - - am yet to be stressed. Things went so quickly from offer to settlement that I still can't quite believe it's all done!

Unfortunately we had a negative experience with Luke. I felt that my concerns were disregarded, and I found it very difficult to be taken seriously by this agent. Overall, I felt that I was not treated in a respectful way and cannot recommend this agent.

Right from the first meeting with Luke, we knew we'd found the right agent to sell our house. He was informative, knew the area really well and gave us all the information that we needed. Throughout the sales process, he kept us up to date regularly and we accepted any advice he gave us. He did multiple home opens, and also took potential buyers through at times that suited them. He is so professional, passionate about his job and gets the best result for his clients. We highly recommend him.

Luke doesn’t usually sell in my area, however I was given his name and approached him. He was so easy to talk to and explained how things were done in a clear and concise manner. I had a family tragedy and Luke was very considerate of what I was going through. He kept the communication going via text to keep me up to date as I was not capable of taking calls. Luke approached our home by just a random door knock. Selling was always something in the back of our minds as it just wasn’t the area we wanted to be in for work and children’s school purposes. Luke did an appraisal in 2020, just as covid had started. The market had dropped at this stage so we decided it wasn’t the right time for us, but we would reassess every 6 months. Luke was so patient and attentive to our needs, he regularly updated us and checked in. The market picked up and we got the house ready, under recommendations from Luke. We were really nervous as the market was crazy and we weren’t sure where we would even live. But Luke’s calm nature and realestate knowledge was able to support and reassure us. After 2 years from the moment we met, Luke had found us a buyer. It felt like it all happened so quickly, but we couldn’t be happier.
