Inder delivered a sale that was exactly in the range he advised early in the discussion. While that may not have been the number we wanted to hear it shows he was honest and not just trying to get you to sign up. His speed in getting the house to market was second to none. Signed on a Thursday, photos done on Friday and listed that evening with the first opening that same Saturday 2 days later. The offers didn't flow straight away being a down market but eventually the right buyer who actually was willing to pay the correct market value made an offer that we were willing to accept.
