It is a wonderful thing to have a real estate agent who guides you through the process, from pre-sale to settlement, offering appropriate advice along the way. If you want someone who provides solutions and responds to your calls, then speak to Heath. After listing two homes with Elders, both were sold in a relatively short period after no luck with another real estate agent. Heath worked effectively in selling the properties and consequently more than met my expectations.
