Heath knew the property and vendors well. He has very good knowledge of the area too and is happy to offer advice on people to contact in the surrounding area for assistance for the land upkeep.

I found Erin quite a down to earth, professional and polite property manager. Her effective communication is great and up to the standard I expected to be a good and well managed property manager. She is a pro active person and showed great care. Her initial small assignment was to ensure I was happy with the windows by showing me photos.
