The Sales advice and valuation were very consistent with the current market conditions. Advice on preparation of the house before going onto the market really helped the process along and achieve the result we were after. Heath's communication through the whole process kept us up to date at all times and as we were able to sell in less than a month of being on the market the final result was what we needed.
