Heath was good from the start

Heath was good from the start, explaining the purple bricks system. He also did an accurate assessment of the valuation. He kept us informed and we felt him focused on our interests as a customer. His negotiation for the best price for us was appreciated. We also liked the personal way he kept in touch by phone or messages at critical times instead of relying on the email communication.
