I went through this process before and I found that Ms.Heather Dunn exceeded my expectation. Communication was faultless, all emails and calls returned promptly. Negotiation process was smooth, reasonable and never pushy (yes that is possible). What I liked the most it that Ms Dunn made extra effort to get the things done for me ( needed some receipts for Deprecation schedule, manuals etc) and she did it after the sale went through although she did not need to.
