The process of listing and selling a property can be quite a daunting and anxious experience as you would like to sell your property quickly and achieve a fair sale price. At least that is what I wanted to achieve when preparing to list my property so the agent had to be someone that I felt could achieve this outcome. I contacted several agents to meet with and to appraise my property. During the inspection with these clients and subsequent negotiations she was able to achieve a sale at the market appraisal agreed prior to listing.
