I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have had many dealings with Real Estate Agents. All in all my experiences with Real Estate Agents have not been something that I would normally be willing to write about, but my buying experience with Heather Murray was exceptional. The thing that really struck me about Heather was that she was not pushy. She was extremely pleasant to deal with, always prompt. When she said she was going to do something, she met that promise every time!! She was able to recommend an excellent Building Inspector and Conveyancer. Heather actually went on annual leave during the purchase of my property but I was informed well in advance that she would be away, she left the purchase of my property in the capable hands of her colleauge Rachael, and yet the purchase went through seamlessly. If I am ever in the real estate market again, to either buy or sell a property, I definitely intend on directing my business through Jan Jones Real Estate, and hopefully Heather will be assigned as my agent at that time.
