Thank you Jason for going to the trouble of doing a review for me.
We all know moving is a stressful time and my role is to make that process as easy as possible for both vendor and buyer.
However ,there are a couple of things I would like to remind you of, which may have slipped your mind.
We discussed the fact that you intended pulling up the carpets and replacing with tiles throughout, even so , my seller had the carpets professionally cleaned. At no stage did I "lie" to you about any part of this purchase.
In the short time between signing your contract and settlement, I made myself available on a number of occasions, opening up the unit to --
yourself (to do your measurements) ,
you and your ex partner to view,
your electrician,
your painter,
your electrician again,
your pagola installer,
your solar installer,
and ... your floor tiler,
the garage for you to deliver your cement bags, boxes of tiles, overhead fans, lights and fake grass.
I also tracked down the on - site body corp manager, learned what was required to approve ....
Your dog,
Your pagola,
Your solar panels
and I typed out, printed off and delivered ( to you at the unit ) the paperwork you needed to have the above approved.
I also arranged early access for you to move belongings into the unit prior to the settlement of your property.
Oh,... and the keys, yes ,the owner passed over the keys to you 3 days prior to settlement so, by the time you settled, you had pretty much moved in.
On settlement day, I rang to congratulated you on your new home and to ensure all was as you expected.
All the best in your new home.
