After making the decision to sell my family home I had the daunting task of finding an agent. Heber is a hard working agent, was constantly in touch letting us know what we were up to in the process. He suggested a different approach to selling our house than other agents did. We trusted his market knowledge and it paid off -he got us at least an extra $40,000 on top of our expected sales price. In addition, we got super fast results - we needed to sell before Christmas and were warned by many agents that this was a slow and challenging time to sell. Heber got our house on the market super fast - within 2 days of meeting him the ad was online (with great photos showing off our house), a few days later the for sale sign went up. After the second open house he already gave us the great news- house was sold for a much higher price than we had hoped for at this time of the year.
