In my opinion Heidi is a very warm caring person her ability to be completely professional yet remaining very understanding of the clients personal needs is a wonderful attribute . Heidi's knowledge of what is required to relize the best price for your property is fantastic , in my case Heidi was able to arrange all trades e.g. painters , carpets , cleaners , interior stylists ect all this was done with a minimum of hassle . the before and after, thanks to Heidi, was stunning . i would also make the point at no stage did Heidi allow unto get carried away with estimating the value of the property but was able to refer to her vast knowledge of local values . for any body thinking about a domestic real estate transaction i am sure you should give Heidi Baines your consideration .
