We enlisted Heidi from Buy Sell Rent to Sell our property which we had rented with them for some years. This was sold within a week of listing and everything was done with our very good tenant being looked after. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend them as both property managers and also for selling.

Heidi sold my property for me whilst I was living overseas. I expected the property to sit on the market for several months before an offer. Due to the way Heidi marketed the property and carefully worked with the existing tenant the property was on the market on a Friday and was sold on the Sunday with two offers on the same day - yes you read correctly! I also got my exact asking price. Heidi is the crown jewel of real estate agents.

From beginning to end, Heidi acknowledged my needs and met every one of them. My property was Wodonga-based and I had already moved to Melbourne so I required a 100% selling solution. Not only was I happy with the selling price, she finalised a couple of pre-sale maintenance issues, ensured the garden was watered during a summer hot spell and worked with my lawyer regarding conveyancing questions. Overall, a very professional experience.
