I purchased my property from abroad, which had its own set of unique challenges. Heidi was super helpful in regards to this, being available at times that were outside the regular hours (due to time zone issues). She also was able to assist me with local items that were new to me, being a first time home buyer in Tassie. She was super communicative, always helpful and nothing was ever an issue for her. Heidi worked with us to purchase a house on the East Coast of Tasmania recently. The criteria that we presented to Heidi was a bit wishy washy (might be for an investment, might be for us to live in at some point, would like a view of some sort, a wide from and to budget, with conflicting wants and do not wants from both my husband and myself, plus a tight time frame to view potential houses). We had not met Heidi, just shot off a few emails and had a couple of phone conversations to firm up details. Heidi did not even bat an eyelid. She basically said, No worries, let me get back to you with a list. We thought that would be the last we heard from her, but Heidi surprised us :) In a manner of days we had a list of potential properties to inspect, BUT, Heidi had also referenced what it was in our criteria that each individual property satisfied. Heidi set up inspections, then met us for a fly in, fly out day. We did not end up purchasing any of those initial houses, but having now met us, and having seen our reactions and listened to our feedback, Heidi zeroed on in what it was we were after and presented us with a new list, again with an outline of what each property contained, that might appeal to us. Thanks to Heidi's meticulous planning, honesty, hard work and local knowledge, we did not just purchase a dream house, we moved into it and can honestly say that it is our dream home. She communicated clearly all the way through and followed up with a house call to see how we were doing! Incredible. We have never experienced this level of service or commitment before but now that we have, she is the only agent that we will use going forward. Heidi was, without a doubt, the best real estate agent that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She turned what can be a stressful, anxious process, into a relaxed, well-researched event.
