Heidi advised us on the value of our property and warned us that sales were slow at the current time. Tha property took almost 12 months to sell but got to within $9k of our asking price which we were happy with. Heidi kept us well informed of how interest in the property was progressing. Heidi also helped our tenant find an alternative rental to allow the new owners to settle and move in earlier.
