we were purchasers and heidi was terrific

we weren't the vendor so Heidi wasn't OUR agent as such, but actually the vendor's agent. Heidi was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great communicator, and did everything she said she would and very quickly! Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Heidi.
