Heidi was always available to chat when I had any questions or concerns re the sale of my property. She accurately decided what the sale price range should be, and due to the competitive market, the final price for my property exceeded the higher asking price. Heidi actively tried to encourage an early sale by inviting prospective buyers to view the house before it actually went on the market. As it turned out, she had a buyer before the first open house. Due to my tenant being very reluctant to leave the house, a considerable time passed between when a contract of sale was signed & when Heidi could actually start getting the house ready to market. Heidi was very understanding & patient about this delay and was quick to organise house cleaning & minor repairs for me once the tenant had finally left.
