Buying a new house and selling my existing home was a big moment in my life - with big decisions to be made, lots of work, and quiet overwhelming at times. Having Heidi by my side throughout the process of both buying and selling, helped to keep the whole situation on an even keel. She is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. At all times she was reassuring, respectful, efficient, enthusiastic, hard working, and exuded confidence in positive outcomes. She was understanding of me as a person, and remained neutral at all times, never trying to influence decisions, and always open and honest to both parties in the process. Her personality also helped me to enjoy the experience, and we had lots of laughs together.
