It's well known that selling a property requires a great deal of trust, local knowledge and timing. We had an instant rapport with Heidi as she lives locally and assured us there would be no problem selling our house. Shortly after listing we had to travel abroad and leave all arrangements to Heidi, including ensuring that pool and garden maintenance was maintained and the property was highly presentable at all times. I might add this was the season when cockatoos were having a field day shredding vegetation from surrounding trees, making a huge mess on a daily basis. Via Whatsapp we were able to discuss feedback from viewings and ongoing negotiations in real time which was very reassuring for us. Heidi has a very warm and calming manner which helped us through the decision making and we were very confident in her ability. We were also extremely pleased with the firm that handled our conveyancing thanks again to Heidi. Whilst we did not quite achieve the price we had hoped for, we felt that the sale price accurately reflected the market and in the end we were satisfied as we did not want the whole sales procedure to drag on for months. The happy ending to this sale is that the new owners appear to have the same good feelings about the house as we did when we purchased 22 years ago and that gladdens our heart.
