Heidi was our sellers agent, (we were the buyers) but being from NSW we needed some help, Heidi explained the Qld process, suggested resources we could utilise and assisted us every step of the way. All along with a super friendly, positive attitude. Heidi was happy to accomodate my viewing schedule, which was not so flexible due to having to fly up to see the property and generally did what she could to give me time to assess the property.
