It has taken four years of hard work, tenacity and negotiating skills for Heidi Woodman to find a suitable property that would allow us to do a boundary realignment with our back hill. It was a tall order to find the right property but Heidi just keep looking for us. When a suitable market was becoming available Heidi negotiated off market so we could secure a street frontage property. After assisting us with the procedure to complete the boundary realignment, the enlarged property was put to market. Heidi worked diligently, using her data base to take over 10 buyers through the property before it hit the market. As a consequence of Heidi’s work the property was sold within 3 days of going on the market.
