Heidi is experienced in selling rural property in the Noosa Shire. She has the ability to assess value accurately, knowledge on how to present the property to the purchasing public and a professional and honest approach in dealing with both parties. I have involved Heidi previously and will engage her with future sales.

Heidi sold my property at Eumundi. She was available to answer any questions at any time of day and always returned unanswered calls promptly . I believe she really cares for her clients both buyers and sellers and ensures their needs are attended to. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone considering entering real estate markets

Heidi demonstrated a deep understanding of the current market in all it's complexities. Her communication skills and positive supportive attitude ensured that we were well informed through the selling process.

Heidi was simply excellent in every way. She helped us through the process, exceeded our expectations on the sale and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Huge recommendation and our enduring thanks.

I'd always heard good reports about Heidi and from the moment we met I was impressed with her bubbly personality, positivity and knowledge of the local market. She gave an accurate estimation of what my property was worth, had lots of ideas on how to best present my house to the market and even brought in some of her personal items to touch it up a bit! Her write up for the internet advertising was excellent and she very pro-active in getting a sale through, from beginning to end (without trying to talk me down in price). I could not recommend her enough and will definitely use her again.

Heidi was very informed, straightforward, honest and helpful from the first call. Heidi understood the nature of the property market when I purchased and helped put me at ease straight away. I felt no pressure from Heidi. Heidi made the property purchase very simple without seeming to push in any way. Always fast to respond, efficient and very helpful with any questions and requests, even preempting what may be needed for both myself and the vendor.

Heidi made the process of buying our new place super simple. Great communication all the way through the process. Highly recommended.

I knew Heidi was going to sell our home before even meeting her. I had seen her face on numerous realestate boards in the area and I could tell this agent really SELLS houses and boy did she sell ours, already having potential buyers lined up to view the property before it had even been staged and gone on the market. Our home went live on the websites on 23 Oct, the next morning Heidi had an open home and by that afternoon she had contacted us with 6 offers (ALL well above our asking price) That evening we accepted an offer and we settled exactly ONE MONTH later on 23 Nov. When we first met Heidi it felt like we had known her for ages, she is warm, friendly and down to earth and so professional. She knows the market. We look her advice and it sure paid off. She definitely knows how to sell houses, quickly. We are proof of that. Something as big and stressful as selling your home has been totally effortless for us. Heidi you’ve done an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC job and we can’t thank you enough.

Great working with Heidi, very helpful with getting house ready for sale, knows the area well and professional to deal with.

Heidi was the agent working for the vendor in our home purchase. Heidi was incredibly helpful even though we were the buyers in the deal. Always able to answer questions and worked with all parties to get a great outcome for all. Heidi takes pride in the relationships that are built and is a great advocate for the industry generally, would recommend! Cheers Peter
