Heinz was a very clear communicator, always keeping us informed and updated during the process, we have not had great experiences with real estate agents in the past but Heinz was amazing to deal with, he is very knowledgeable on the area and the market. He really went above and beyond and he is very honest and easy to deal with, my partner and I highly recommend Heinz.
We do not live near the property being sold and the tenants left it in a terrible state, Heinz really stepped up for us, regularly visiting the property, even fixing small problems and removing the rubbish the tenants had left behind, we really couldn't have managed without him. The property would have been tricky to sell, with a very specific market (especially given the state it was left in) but with Heinz's local knowledge he got us the price we were after. Couldn't praise or recommend him enough.
