Amazing support for an inexperienced seller.

As a first time home owner selling a property, it was intimidating to deal with real estate agents and to discuss commission rates etc. Helana was attentive, patient and happy to answer my questions and to work around my busy schedule. Her communication was great, with timely responses and correspondence. I appreciated the effort she went to in order to sell my property, commuting from Brisbane to Gold Coast often for open houses and private viewings as well as communicating to my pre existing tenants and ensuring their needs and rights were met as well. It was a lovely experience selling my property with Helana. At the end of the day, I got a satisfactory price with an excellent contract, and a very smooth settlement. She was also keen to seek feedback on how to better improve her performance as an agent, which was really lovely to hear.
