We could not be more happy with the purchase of our first home or the professional and courteous way in which Helana acted as the selling agent. we were in the market for around 10 months before we bought our home and Helana was the first agent we felt was on our side as much as she was for the sellers. Within hours of viewing the house for the first time, Helana had succesfully negotiated the price and conditions and invited us to her own mums home to sign the contract that day! As it was the purchase of our first home, we were inexperienced with the process but Helana made herself available to us at all times and her knowledge and advice was invaluable to us.
