My wife and I spent over 6 months looking for an investment property in the Penrith area . This was a somewhat stressful time , as each inspection of a property involved a 4 hour round trip from Bathurst to Penrith and back . At the start of our quest , we contacted most of the local agents . Some were just woeful in their lack of interest in servicing our needs , and were soon given the flick .
