My appraisal of Helen is based on conversations via a number of telephone calls. I have never met her in person. My impression is that she is extremely dedicated to her calling. She appears very knowledgeable in the Real Estate business in Byron Bay and displayed high communication skills in the articulation of my necessary actions and ensuring that that all activities are known and completed within required time frames to ensure successful completion. She obviously has a high work ethic and I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen to anyone buying or selling a property in Byron Bay.

Helen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to accomodate viewing times that were not scheduled. During the sale process her communication was clear and the sale process felt transparent and fair, for these reasons I had my complete trust in her.

Having bought and sold and viewed many houses in the area, I have dealt with most of the agents in the area. Helen is a stand-out in terms of professionalism, person-ability, honesty (yes really) and general all round likability.. She is always very abreast with what is going on real estate wise in the area and nationally - her finger is always on the pulse. Recently Helen told us she could sell our house on the outskirts of the Byron Shire in 4 weeks. That is exactly how long the sale took. Sales in town were typically taking half that time or less but she knew exactly what the market was doing and what to expect from the buyers that were looking for rural lifestyle properties. Helen and Luke went above and beyond their duties as agents .The were most helpful,kept me constantly in the loop ,They organised tradesmen to carry out various jobs and could not have been more helpful in so many ways. I knew instantly when I saw my property that I wanted it. Without ever meeting up with Helen I took myself to walk around the land, registered my interest, made an offer and exchanged the contract within a week. This would not have been possible unless Helen was intuitively astute about my interest in our phone contact and efficient enough to expedite the sale - all without meeting eye to eye. Just what you want when you know what you want.

Our dealings with Helen were handled professionally and promptly.
