Helen and Tyler always responded to our requests. Another agent had told us to expect a slightly higher selling price, but we trusted Helen’s local expertise in advertising a lower price, using the ‘offers over’ strategy. This brought relatively quick results of 4 separate offers, and a reasonable outcome. Helen did not rely on a weekly ‘open house’ strategy, which doesn’t always attract genuine buyers, but instead combined it with private viewings throughout the whole week. Well done.

When I was contacted by NGU Real Estate re selling a property I had purchased in QLD in 2002 I was ecstatic - I had asked my managing real estate agent re selling and they had not said boo.
