Tony and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the good, hard work you recently did for us in selling our home in Elizabeth Drive Daruka. Some of the things you did for us, were ”over and beyond the call of duty.” The vacating tenant made your job much harder and our lives very stressful (to say the least). It was very difficult for us, trying to coordinate things through the property management department. From our first meeting in your office Helen, you indicated that you worked for us not for the potential buyers, and from that moment, I knew our professional association would be a good one. Even when we received the first offer of purchase, you did not make us feel pressured into taking what we were not happy with, and we thank you for that. Although we never lived at Elizabeth Drive, we loved that property with all our hearts. We stayed in the shed many times for week end visits with family and friends, prior to us building the house. The shed was affectionately labelled “Tony’s 5 star shed” by our family. It makes us happy to know the property now belongs to the lovely young family, which you introduced us to just before settlement. As you know, we have a daughter, son in law and grandchildren that live in Tamworth, and we are frequent visitors.
