When my wife and I decided to sell our house we enquired online about local agents. Our online enquiry generated number of calls from local agents the first was from Helen Knight. Helen just introduced herself and said to contact her if we were to proceed to place the house on the market. Helen made contact sometime later and I explained a few issues that were impacting on moving forward and that I would contact her in the future. In the meantime other agents had been in touch and we didn’t feel the same connection as we did with the initial dealings with Helen.
