I originally placed my property with Falls Estate Agents, I was not happy with the tact they took to sell 'my home' but went along with it as I was told 'that's the way we do it'. They got two offers quite quickly, however they were both below my bottom price, they told me I had to sign as I wouldn't get a better offer, I refused. I then contacted 'sell your own home' but again, I had plenty of interest, but no firm offers. I'm based in the north of Tassie and had to organise the sale of a unit in Blackmans Bay which was part of my father's estate. I found First National through Google and was happy with the reviews listed and called the office, the call was answered by Nana and a time was arranged to meet on site with Helen and Nana. Right from the start both ladies were welcoming and friendly and being aware it was an estate sale also took time to acknowledge this was an emotional time. The review of the property was painless and it was obvious that this was a professional team and were perfect to organise and sell this property. Further to organising the sale, Helen also organised for some minor works to be completed on the property plus have a cleaning company tidy the unit. This assistance was fantastic and made the sale experience so much easier.
