Dedication and compassion to the vendor

Helen was extremely sensitive and supportive in this survivorship situation. From the get-go she reinforced that she was willing to flex and respond to my needs as a vendor. As my property was on prime land & in a unique situation, being the last large block,in a popular street to be developed she researched 3 main buyer types and advertised accordingly, to spark the greatest interest. Although my expectations were for a higher price, Helen was compassionate of my situation & expectations and realistic in her discussions.
