Helen Rostron, sales rep for L J Hooker has been wonderful to deal with during my purchase of a unit in Wyong. I found her to be honest, helpful and very approachable. Even after exchange of contracts, she has still retained a personal interest in me as the purchaser and on settlement day had gone out of her way to assist me with getting the power turned on after I had been given the run around by Ausgrid. I found her to be a most genuine and honest salesperson, rather hard to find in the real estate industry nowadays.

We had 4 different real estate agents though our house. We chose Helen to sell our house after finding her the easiest to talk to and the most creditable. She wasn't pushy. After a few weeks of our house being on the market she had found a buyer and negotiated a price we where happy with.

Helen came out and inspected property and provided valuation, which in turn turned out to be accurate. We ended up placing the property on the market at the high end of the valuation. Helen had the property sold within 3 weeks, she was always in touch with us, advising us of what was happening during the sale and also during exchange and settlement, would not hesitate in recommending Helen to any other clients.
