Helen is a hard worker who put effort into selling our property. Markets and commission fees were competitive with other local agents. Satisfactory sale price achieved in a declining sellers market and Helen reduced commission fee to seal the deal. Renting out the house instead of selling was an option for us. Only small negative is communications could have been more regular, especially after open house inspections. Nonetheless, overall very happy with Helen's performance selling our house.
