We had someone run an analysis on the best agents in the area in which we were selling our property. It came down to two, and the in-person made the final decision easy. Helen's approach was more genuine, and the appraisal more positive. We knew our sale had challenges, but the timeline went pretty much perfectly and the sale price was significantly beyond our hopes. Undoubtedly the best agent in the Centenary suburbs.
