Helen seems to have the most active and professional agent profile in the Wagga market which is why we chose her, along with a recommendation from a friend that had recently sold with her. We never actually met Helen during the sales process as we now live in Goulburn but there was an element of trust, experience and professionalism that she conveyed well in her communication which meant we didn't actually need to meet in person before entrusting her with the sale of our property. I only gave three stars for her negotiation as there was not a lot of this with our property as we had been offered the asking price on first inspection so I cannot comment. I will say though this did plant some doubt about the asking price as we potentially thought it may have been listed around $10K too cheaply. However I acknowledge that the price was lifted from Helen's original recommendation and both Helen and I were happy with the price it was listed at. I guess that is every seller has some element of doubt about the listing price!
